In challenging times we often look for someone or something to help us with our problems.

White Tara protects us, bestows long life and swiftly brings us the right conditions for our dharma practice.

She is the Buddha of Wisdom and will guide us along correct spiritual paths and away from holding wrong views.

During the Empowerment we have the opportunity to make a special connection with this Buddha and to be cared for by her.

4:00 - 5:00 Guided White Tara Meditations
