Experience the deep inner peace of a concentrated mind.

Life can be hectic and overwhelming. It's exhausting to be “on” all the time and living with that "I don't have time" feeling. Give yourself a simple day of rest and recharging with this wonderful opportunity to take a break for meditation and reflection.

The day includes 4 sessions with brief teachings and guided meditation on the breath using the simple yet profound mantra; OM AH HUM, the mantra of all Buddhas. This meditation naturally leads the mind to a state of deep concentration and peace. 
 
On the breaks you can walk the grounds, enjoy the labyrinth, read, and contemplate in a beautiful environment. Lunch is provided.

Gen Kelsang Rigpa

Gen Kelsang Rigpa is an American Buddhist monk, the Western US National Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, and the Resident Teacher at KMC-Hollywood. He is a close disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, having received lineage blessings and oral transmissions directly from him.
