In this class you will learn how to meditate and learn foundational Buddhist concepts: how to connect to a sense of inner peace, to identify with our astounding potential, develop compassion and gratitude for the kindness of others, and let go of agitating states of mind like anger and jealousy.
Classes include stories relevant to a child’s everyday experiences, crafts and snack time. Children will be gently guided through relaxing meditations, giving them techniques to relax, connect, and develop concentration.
Sitting comfortably in chairs or on meditation cushions in the main meditation room, the whole family will enjoy this class. No need to bring anything. Come and enjoy.
