Declutter Your Mind

Special Saturday Class

Saturday, July 1st | 10:00 - 11:30am

With Resident Teacher Gen Tsoglam

Does your mind feel cluttered or chaotic — flitting from thought to thought or obsessing over the same things again and again? Learn how to tidy up your mind!

While we need to reflect, understand, and make decisions, sometimes we can end up overthinking. Our thoughts become circular, negative, unclear, or stuck. We can find it impossible to let go, which is both exhausting and unproductive.

Certain meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings can help us balance our mind, think more clearly and create a sense of calm as we navigate our world with all the stress and stimulation. By decluttering our mind of unwanted thoughts, we will be able to embrace the present wholeheartedly and live a much happier life.

Led by Resident Teacher, Gen Tsoglam. This class includes teachings, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for beginners.
